THE ENNEAGRAM FOR INFLUENCERS: LEARN HOW SELF-KNOWLEDGE AND KNOWLEDGE OF CHRIST STRENGTHEN YOUR LEADERSHIP

with Brian Kay, MDiv, PhD

Are you a leader? One classic definition of the term describes any person with a 'sphere of influence' among other people.  On those grounds, most of us are leaders, whether that role is formal or informal, within our families, churches, professions, or any human sphere in which we operate.  A deeper question for Christians is, 'what quality of leader am I, and does my leadership carry something of the "fragrance of Christ?"' (2 Cor. 2:15). Enter the Enneagram!  One of the most important areas for leaders to grow in is self-knowledge: where our hidden motivations lie, how our personality-specific appetites either block or foster good leadership, and how stress pushes us into predictable patterns of reactivity. In this short seminar we're learn how an ancient personality typing tool helps answer those questions.  Beyond that, we'll learn something of the balanced leadership of Jesus himself.

This forum is *not* a repeat of the Fall 2018 enneagram workshop. All are welcome!
