Craig Wong, MDiv

Craig Wong, Executive Director.  Leading NCB since 2022, Craig brings his passion for writing. public theology, and the Church’s communal witness in the world. He earned an MA at Western Theological Seminary (WTS) and subsequently, a DMin in the Sacred Art of Writing from WTS’ Eugene Peterson Center for the Christian Imagination. His prior experience includes a combined 35 years of campus ministry (InterVarsity) and congregation-based urban ministry in San Francisco’s Latino Mission District. He has also served for 15+ years on the boards of the Christian Community Development Association and a gospel-rooted, social-purpose tech company, Dayspring Partners. Through NCB, Craig returns to his old stomping grounds near UC Berkeley, his undergraduate alma mater.  He and his wife, Tina, have raised four (now-adult) children who reside in the Bay Area and the Pacific Northwest.
